Luxury apartment design with comfortable living and fully equipped kitchens. Full bath in each spacious bedroom. In apartment washer/dryer, high speed internet, furnishings and more. Each 4 bed/4 bath apartment has separate kitchen and living room areas making it easier to study, visit or just kick back and relax. Utilities are paid directly based on apartment usage. Parking is $300 for the entire school year (no charge for summer only) and we only sell permits for the number of spaces available.
